The above vacancy exists at our Packaged Gas department, Rustenburg Facility, reporting to the Inland Sales Manager. Qualified candidates who meet the requirements of the role are invited to apply.
Job description

The Depot Co-ordinator will be responsible for the supervising and controlling the operations at the Rustenburg facility. The key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

1. Responsible for directing, controlling and supervising production at the facility;
2. Responsible for directing, controlling and supervising distribution operations at the facility;
3. Responsible for directing, controlling and supervising the customer service function at the facility;
4. Manage and ensure compliance to SHERQ company standards;
5. Responsible for staff training and development at the facility;
6. Responsible for various other general functions.

Minimum requirements

1. Minimum Matric qualification with Maths & Science;
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in the gas industry or related environment;
3. Must have working knowledge in office administration and stock control;
4. Must have knowledge and experience within a production or cylinder distribution environment;
5. Must have good Supervisory skills;
6. Must have good verbal and written communication skills;
7. Computer proficient in the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and JDE;
8. Must have knowledge of ISO 4500 and NOSA standards.
9. A Forklift driving license would be advantageous.
