Job description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Projects) will be responsible for delivering on key projects in relation to the core talent needs of the talent acquisition function. Key areas of responsibility for this role include but are not limited to:

Overview & Key Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for building talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
  2. Responsible for building a database/network of potential candidates for core roles and proactively engaging with passive candidates.
  3. Responsible for creating effective sourcing strategies based on the organization’s current talent needs.
  4. Review current recruitment practices and processes and develop solutions for improvements aligned with the recruitment strategy.
  5. Responsible for refining and developing the current onboarding process.

Minimum requirements

Minimum Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology or related field;
  2. A minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, ideally within the gas/manufacturing/engineering industry;
  3. A minimum of 5 –8 years experience in working on talent acquisition and talent management projects, including creating talent pipelines, building databases, refining, and building effective sourcing strategies.
  4. Knowledge of best practice guidelines and current Talent Acquisition trends.
  5. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  6. Must be organised and able to meet project deadlines.
