Introduction
The above vacancy exists at our Packaged Gas department, Cape Town, reporting to the Facility Foreman. Suitably qualified candidates who meet the requirements of this role are invited to apply for this vacancy.
Job description
The HP Fill Operator will function in the following key areas of responsibility for this role which include but are not limited to:
1. Responsible for filling cylinders;
2. Responsible for loading of trucks and assisting with customer collections;
3. Ensure adherence to quality and safety;
4. Responsible for Deputizing.
Minimum requirements
1. Matric with Maths, Science & English;
2. Minimum 2 years experience in a Plant process environment;
3. Must have good verbal & written communication skills;
4. Ability to produce written reports & complete procedural forms;
5. Basic knowledge of Safety and Quality management systems;
6. Available to work shifts, and overtime when required;
7. Physically fit & able bodied;
8. Must have a valid Forklift drivers license;
9. Valid unendorsed Code (8) drivers license with own transport.
