Job description
Responsible for all aspects product training for drivers, operators, maintenance, and administration staff, in line with the AP Global policies and standards. Key responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to:
• Carries out all aspects training for new drivers, inclusive of classroom and practical assessments;
• Delivers Driver Curriculum training in conjunction with e-Learning system;
• Responsible for Technical training procedure adherence;
• Provision of Technical training support;
• Update and maintain training plans and training records;
• Continuous improvement and BSP Champion.
Minimum requirements
1. Must have a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent;
2. Driver assessor or moderator qualification desirable;
3. Must have a valid driver’s license (Code EC) and a Dangerous Goods certificate.
4. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the gas industry;
5. Must have 5 years experience as a Trainer;
6. Packaged Gas cylinder fill operations experience (advantageous);
7. Must have good presentation and report writing skills;
8. Willing to work overtime as and when required;
9. Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite particularly Excel and Word;
10. Must have good knowledge of Safety & Quality standards;
11. Must be willing to travel as and when required
